Over the years, I have had the privilege of supervising more than 20 LPC Associates and currently supervise 9 clinicians in various stages of their professional journey. I strongly believe in the power of the group supervision process and the value it brings to the overall supervision experience. In addition to receiving guidance from me, associates benefit from the support, perspectives, and shared experiences of other clinicians who are navigating similar challenges and growth opportunities.
My goal is to create a collaborative learning community where associates feel comfortable consulting, brainstorming, and supporting one another professionally. Each member of the group brings unique strengths, backgrounds, and areas of expertise, allowing everyone to learn from one another while building meaningful professional connections that often continue long after supervision has ended.

I believe the supervisory relationship is one of the most important parts of your professional journey, which is why we begin with an interview process to ensure we are a good fit for one another. During this conversation, I will ask about your educational background, work experience, areas of interest or specialty, and your long-term professional goals. I also request references from your college program or other mental health professionals who can speak to your character, professionalism, and commitment to the field.
My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging, and growth-oriented environment where associates feel valued, challenged, and prepared for success. I am committed to helping clinicians not only strengthen their clinical skills, but also develop confidence, professionalism, and a clear vision for their future in the mental health field.

Twenty years ago, when I began searching for a supervisor, I was fortunate to find an exceptional mentor. However, as a mother raising a large family and working as an educator, I quickly realized that quality supervision was often financially out of reach. Since then, it has been my mission to provide outstanding supervision at a reasonable and accessible rate — in fact, I still charge the same rate I paid for supervision 20 years ago.
I believe supervision should be about building people, not profiting from associates. My goal is to help clinicians grow with confidence by providing guidance in both clinical skills and the business side of private practice. Along the way, we explore a variety of diagnoses and creative treatment modalities, including art therapy techniques, play therapy, sand tray work, baking activities, and psychodrama interventions.
My Supervision rates are $200 a month which includes one group of with other associates and two - one hour dyads for a total of 4 hours a month. In the Google sign-up there are several time slots with morning, lunch, evening and one Saturday a month options. We do not have one set time. I know life gets busy.
