Do you have a staff member or customer that passed away? I provide onsite debriefing for your staff. I can provide local resources for your staff or the family of your employee.
Corporate Mediation
Is your business or non-profit struggling with tension or a conflict, sometimes a neutral, outside party can help navigate the conflict.
Employee Wellness Coordinator
Research shows that attendance and overall staff attitudes improve when employers offer resources for employee's personal stresses or life situations. This might be a once a week or twice a month visit to make time for employees. I help the employee find local resources or services to help out.
Spirtiual Companion
I can either come on-site or schedule online meetings with those staff members that are struggling and prefer to talk with someone that uses a spiritual direction in a safe and accepting environment.
